State Chamber/AIA Offering Tax and Incentives Workshop Nov. 16 in Little Rock
The State Chamber/AIA is pleased to offer “Arkansas Tax Traps and Found Money for Businesses and Manufacturers,” a half-day program highlighting often-overlooked traps and opportunities in Arkansas taxes and incentives.
The program is scheduled for 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16 in the Bob Lamb Conference Room of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce building located at 1200 W. Capitol Ave. in Little Rock. It is sponsored by the State
Chamber/AIA and Dover Dixon Horne PLLC.
The Arkansas tax system can be confusing, with many pitfalls for businesses. Within that complexity, however, are provisions that bring significant bottom-line benefits to businesses and manufacturers. You will leave with practical tips that you can readily “take home” and apply to your company or clients.
The program is
geared for in-house tax leaders (CFO, controller, tax director, accounting
manager, etc.), CPAs and professional accountants, and business and
manufacturing leaders with questions about their business taxes. This course
will offer four hours of continuing professional education (CPE) in the state
taxes field of study.
The cost is
$99 per person for State Chamber/AIA or local chamber of commerce members, and
$149 per person for non-chamber members and includes a box lunch.
