Schulze & Burch Biscuit Co. has a long history of manufacturing quality food products. The company was founded in 1896 as Schulze Baking Co. and renamed in the 1930’s to its current title. Over an 85-year span, Schulze & Burch Biscuit Company has acquired more than 45 years of experience in contract manufacturing, and more than 40 years of experience in private label. The company has had a variety of successful quality products and brands including Beechnut Bread and Flavor Kist cookies and crackers, even creating the “saltine” cracker.

 

Schulze & Burch Biscuit Company opened their Searcy location in 2009. Then in November 2011, Schulze & Burch Biscuit Company also purchased and revived Searcy’s Yarnell’s Ice Cream and continued using the company’s original recipes to stock grocery store shelves.
